If there is a problem with your order, we will take the necessary steps to make it right!
You may return most unused items purchased at Knits and Tidbits within 10 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and will be charged a restocking fee of 10 percent. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA). We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. If a refund cannot be made in the same form, a check will be issued and will be mailed to the billing address we have on file.
Returning Merchandise to Knits and Tidbits
All knit items may be returned within the first 10 days of the original delivery date. Knit items may be returned for the following reasons.
- The knit item received was not what was ordered.
- The knit item was defective.
You must contact us by email to request a RMA for any returns. To obtain an RMA send email to support@knitsandtidbits.com.
When you ship the item back to Knits and Tidbits, please include the copy of your original invoice as well as the RMA we provide so we can process your return as quickly as possible.
Return Shipping Charges
You are responsible for all return shipping costs. We also recommend purchasing insurance for all returned merchandise. We cannot be responsible for loss or damage caused during return shipping.
We will be happy to reimburse ECONOMY GROUND shipping rates with proof of the charges paid for shipping costs in the following situations where the knit was defective or the return is a result of our error. Knits and Tidbits will not reimburse any expedited shipping charges for returned merchandise.
