BBQ Ribs

6 lbs. ribs
2 T brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp mustard
¼ tsp chili pepper
1/8 tsp pepper
2 T Worcestershire sauce
¼ c vinegar
1 c tomato sauce
¼ c catsup
½ water

* Boil ribs until tender, about three hours. Combine remaining ingredients in sauce pan, simmer 15 – 20 minutes. Put ribs in cake pan and pour ¼ of the sauce over ribs, and put in oven at 350 degrees. Baste remaining sauce every 15 minutes until ribs are ready about 1 ½ hours.
