Mom’s Ham Balls in Pineapple Sauce

5 lbs. ground ham
4 lbs. ground pork
8 eggs well beaten
3 c bread crumb toasted
¼ tsp pepper
4 c pineapple – crushed
1 1/3 c brown sugar
¼ dicer vinegar
2 T dry mustard
 
* Form into balls the first five ingredients and place in shallow pan.
 
* Mix the next ingredients together:  Pour this over ham balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 75 minutes. 35 – 50 ham balls.
