Finger Lick’n Chicken

5 lb. chicken wings and thighs
6 T hoisin sauce
½ c brown sugar
½ c sugar
1/c soy sauce
*First mix soy sauce, sugar, brown sugar and hoisin sauce (available in Chinese Section of all grocery stores – and WORTH the looking ). Lay chicken thighs or wings in bottom of a foil lined 9 x 13 pan. Pour sauce over chicken. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Baste and turn chicken every 20 minutes. Serve with white rice.
