The Dreaded Subject

In my mind I’m a great – eight

Like most people I have tried so many weight loss programs, I can’t even count them anymore. I’m even a “lifetime” member of Weight Watchers, and yet I still find myself in the same ole predicament, I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT.

Most of my life I was fortunate enough to be thin for my 5’2” frame, but then near my late 40’s came the big “M.” Oh my goodness, in one year (doctor visit to doctor visit), I went from 130 lbs. to 148 lbs. What happened? I had always been able to lose weight easily if I needed to; but that was THEN, and this is NOW! Since then my weight has crept up and my clothing sizes increased. In my mind I’m a great – eight but in the flesh; well that’s for another day.

When and if I can ever get determined to lose weight, I can, but to me it’s a mind thing. I finally have to say “enough is enough.” But then I want “Famous Dave’s” ribs or my homemade lasagna (which is oh so good), then I’m back in trouble again.

So I’m going to share with you some of the tools I have devised for weight loss over the last five years. Maybe they will help you too.
