Point Page

A friend and I made this so we could monitor how well we were doing on our weight loss. The goal of the point page is to gain as many points as possible and to reward yourself when you do, for example: choosing 100 points in a month's time. You give yourself points for doing the right things, but you take away points for doing the wrong things. You also will write down how well you were feeling while watching your weight loss.

One day while I was having a very stressful day at work, I went out after and got an “all you can eat” chips and dip (which I had two full baskets of chips), another cheesy dip, a hamburger with fries and a side salad (Yah right!). Talk about what stress can do!

What I recommend is to put in a little heavier paper in your printer and print this out.

Pick a reasonable point goal (but one that will make you work also) then give yourself a “nonfood” goal.
